Important Information about my products
IMPORTANT: My bags are for occasional use only, so hopefully they wont get dirty! But please be aware if you decide to give them a little hand wash, or sponge clean, I cannot confirm that they will stay in the same condition as bought. So to add, washing is entirely at your own risk.
The bags are not designed to carry heavyweights – a mobile, lipstick, tissues, keys and small purse will all be nicely accommodated – but some may loose shape with too much weight. Many of the fabrics I use are collected and vintage and so I do not always know the composition of them, where I know, it will be written on the description.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS : I hope you will love your bag and keep it for many years but if you are not happy with your purchase you may return it, at your own cost, and I will refund the full value as long as it is returned with all its original packaging and in the condition it was sent to you.
Delivery and Returns
I aim to dispatch your item within 24 hours and delivery is will take 3-5 working days, this may be longer over a weekend. I will contact you with a tracking number for your purchase once it has been dispatched. The standard postage charge only applies to mainland UK, NOT Guernsey, Jersey, Republic of Ireland, Shetlands or Isle of Man. I can send to these areas if you contact me and I can get a price for you.
If you wish to cancel your purchase you can do so within 6 hours of completing. After this time, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving, if you are not satisfied. Please contact me at the address below with your tracking information Items must to be returned within one month of you receiving them. Once I have received the returned item back, I will refund in full as long as the item is in the original packaging and in the unused condition it was sent to you.
I can also send items direct to a recipient as a gift if you so wish. A gift note can be sent instead of a receipt. If you wish me to do this you can contact me when you make your purchase.
